A Week of Intensive Training and Scouting
Winning Soccer Skills Academy proudly hosted its second camp of 2024 in the vibrant city of Orlando, USA. In collaboration with our esteemed club partner, Orlando Eagles, the camp ran successfully from February 10th to 15th, offering five days of elite training followed by a one-day ID camp aimed at scouting college players for our residence program in Barcelona.
Five Days of Comprehensive Training
Players from across the United States gathered in Orlando to participate in this five-day camp, designed to elevate their football skills and knowledge. Under the guidance of our UEFA-certified coaches, participants engaged in rigorous training sessions focusing on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and mental resilience. Each day was structured to provide a balanced mix of drills, tactical exercises, and competitive games, ensuring that players could apply what they learned in real-game scenarios.
The camp also emphasized the importance of off-field education, including sessions on nutrition, injury prevention, and effective recovery techniques. These components were integrated into the training program to provide a holistic development experience for all attendees.
ID Camp: Scouting Future Talent
On the sixth day, Winning Soccer Skills Academy held a special ID camp specifically for college players aspiring to join our prestigious residence program in Barcelona. This part of the camp focused on scouting and evaluating players who have the potential to take their game to the next level. Our coaches conducted a series of assessments, including technical drills, tactical exercises, and scrimmages, to identify standout talent.
The ID camp provided a unique opportunity for college players to showcase their abilities and gain exposure to top-tier coaching. Those selected from the ID camp will have the chance to join our residence program in Barcelona, where they will receive personalized training and development in a professional football environment.
