The Summer of 2024 at Winning Soccer Skills (WSS) was an incredible chapter in our ongoing commitment to developing elite football talent from around the world. This summer, we were thrilled to host our annual HP Pre-Season Training Program, specially designed to prepare top-level players for their upcoming season. Elite athletes from across the globe joined us, including three returning players from Abu Dhabi and one new player from Trinidad & Tobago. Their dedication and passion set the tone for an unforgettable summer of growth and skill development.
We were also excited to welcome an American group of players, who trained with us for two weeks in collaboration with our partners, Athletes in Action (AiA). This partnership allowed us to provide a unique training experience for players from the U.S., who benefited from our world-class facilities and coaching while connecting with football talent from around the world.
In addition to our local programs, Pep Montasell, our esteemed coach and international coordinator, led our third consecutive summer camp in Japan. After the successful editions in 2022 and 2023, this year’s camp was another remarkable success. Pep’s expertise and hands-on coaching approach have made this camp a key event for many young players in Japan, where football talent is thriving and growing every year.
As the summer concluded, we were excited to extend two special invites from our Lugano camp. Sean and Isak, who were selected from our partner academy, Ballers Academy, had the incredible opportunity to travel to Barcelona, where they completed their HP Training Program at WSS. This experience not only enhanced their football skills but also provided them with the exposure and training they need to take their careers to the next level.
The Summer of 2024 was an extraordinary season for WSS, where elite football training, global collaborations, and player development came together to create a truly international football experience. We’re excited for what’s to come and continue to focus on delivering world-class programs to players from around the world.
